| what they were doing. When I first got the car back, I saw two bad spots, and a big MARRED spot (in descrete places, but still you could see WHITE showing from the fascia). Over the last week, the spots have become worse, and after scuffing the bottom a little bit, a HUGE SPOT (not where it was scuffed) flaked off -- about the size of my hand !!! (flaked off in one big piece). I'm going to take it back tomororw and kindly complain. What should I ask him to do the second time around? Or should I assume incompetance? He did my rear hatch (welded holes and fixed scars frrom original spoiler). This was a BRAND NEW JSpec bumper cover (OEM). I can see he primed it, but the big piece that flaked off has SPOTTY primer on it and the bumper itself was 100% new/clean after the paint off (nothing stuck AT ALL).
